1. About Products: All products sold by our store are made-to-order. We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed. Please note that production takes at least two weeks.

2. Prices and Payment Please make payment via credit card or other methods designated by our store.

3. Shipping We will ship your order after the production period has elapsed. Please check the product page for estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.

4. Exchanges Exchanges are subject to our separate Return Policy.
